Knox and Zac weren't let in on the plan. Starr, Julian, and Bree for some reason thought that it would be a good idea to leave those two out. Since Thiago is "aligned" with those three (even though his true allegiance is to Zac, Mark, and Gabriel) he didn't tell Zac or Knox. SJB needed to bring in more to secure the vote, so they agreed on Mark and Gabriel. The think Knox and Zac will go back and tell Dion about the vote, so they got left out. I have no idea why they are leaving them out, because it's not like it would fucking matter if Dion found out. All they are doing is dividing the tribe.
If you want insight onto what is happening without reading everyone's confessionals, read Gabriel's. He did a nice job summarizing everything that is happening.

Edgically, Dion hasn't really been negative or overbearing at all this episode. It seems as though Julian & Starr are the new Dion and are going to inherit her edit. Julian quoting a bible verse about getting "eaten by worms" could not be more fitting.

Thiago's is better to read than Gabe's IMO. Zac is aware that Dion is going home. It seems as though it's going to be Zac/Gabe/Thiago/Mark with the 3 of them all trusting Thiago the most. Knox will be the fifth. Starr/Julian on the outside. Starr & Julian think they're hot shit by targetting Dion, but they're absolute idiots.
