It's time for a little more information on the Garden of Eden. When you ask to go to Eden, there'll be a time lapse between when you ask to go and when you actually get to perform the action of (at least) 6 hours. Anyone can go to Eden at any time, starting now. If you do go to Eden, whether it be to the tree or to the river, you will receive a "tick" which will alter how you speak or how you behave. The tick will last for 24 hours after you've performed your action. The tick will be the only signal that someone has gone to Eden. Furthermore, only one idol will be available at a time- meaning you should only be looking for one category. Once it is found, a new one will be made available. You can find all previous information here: gvse5.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=52&page=1

Going to Eden does not affect your ability to participate in challenges or Judgement. It is a separate entity.

Just some clarification on how exactly "fishing" works. I did not anticipate idol hunting to turn so ferocious Round 1, and the mystery behind how Eden works seems to be overwhelming the lot of you.
1. You do not have to go to Eden to find fish. You do not have to go to Eden to get clues to find fish. The clues will be posted in the River thread at a pre-determined pace. The only thing that would skew this pace would be if someone were to find an idol. 2. Only 1 idol can be uncovered at a time. 3. To find fish, you will simply try to post words that you think could fit into a category that the clues describe. 4. Once you find all 10 fish (of a similar color), you will let me know that you want to go to Eden and, after 6 hours, you will then get to guess. 5. Simultaneous visiting. Let's look at an example. Let's say that Dominic and Michael both find the fish at the same time, and message me that they want to go to eden. Dominic sends his message at 1:05 and Michael sends his at 1:10. I do not get online until 9PM, and so I message both asking what word they'd like to guess to get an idol. If both were to get it right, Dominic would get the idol for guessing first. 6. If an idol has been found, the fish for that round will disappear. 7. If you send me a message asking to go to Eden, you have within that 6 hour time frame to retract your claim. 8. If you go to Eden and the idol has been found, your guess will be replied as being "incorrect".
Furthermore, I recognize that some of these processes can be a bit confusing, so I welcome any important and relative questions. However, asking something like if the shape and color of the apples has any significance will give your questions and concerns lower priority in my eyes in the future. If I were to give something hidden meaning, it would be redundant for me to tell you that it has hidden meaning.
In the same token, I ask that you do not hold back from asking a question that you think might be redundant or stupid. I take questions as a show of excitement and engagement in the game. Constant questions that are stupid/redundant, however, will not be appreciated. That shows a lack of focus and attention.

And just to clarify, any questions about idols or the Euphrates River should be out of confusion from the post above- any excess questions will be ignored.
