Round 3

This round is fairly short, but gamewise for Admonitio, it entails a ton. First off, its a double boot round and some (most) of us are anticipating a swap. Chad thinks it'll happen at F16, but, looking back at the first four seasons, there's usually a swap right about now to keep things interesting.

Immunity started off well. I was in it to win it, and it was about 11:00 my time and I was ready to go all night. Then I realized I was making a horrible game move going for immunity. Gloria hath pretty much assured me that I should not be worried, and by going for the immunity so vigorously, I was making the statement that I absolutely DO NOT trust her word. After all, the only person that was potentially going to gun me down was Gloria and she was absolutely sure she wasn't voting me. I decided that to further prove my "loyalty" to her, I could pretend to help her. I told her on aim that I wanted either her or me to win so that our options for the vote would be completely open, although we were already pretty sure who we wanted out. I swapped her one of my pieces, and then went to bed.

I woke up to a Gloria victory and I am pretty happy with it.

Prior to this week, I was really trying to nestle myself in a comfortable spot with this group of people. Chad is obviously VERY tight with Gloria. Tina is obviously with them, and that to me is three people who will vote me off when the time is right. But you know what they say, keep your friends close and keep your enemies closer. I spend about 90% of my time online talking to these people because if they BELIEVE you are with them, then they will be less inclined to cut you. While it looks like they are just 3... im JUST one person. Certainly, I speak to others and try to rope something together, but I do not have that backup. Not to mention Chad and Tina are super tight outside of this and whatnot.

Obviously, during one of my many chats with Chad, he sort of slipped up and told me that he was not too fond of the way that Beau played the game in season 5. I also know how Beau plays and in all fucking honesty, this guy is a hot mess. He'll accuse the host of being a bad host, he will just be a downright RUDE bitch to everyone. He's not fun. He really does just ruin the fucking atmosphere and he makes it so difficult for someone to enjoy the game. I CANNOT stand the way he plays the game. HOLY JESUS. In this game however he's been awfully quiet and something tells me he's just not that into it.

HOWEVER, I took the information I got from Chad and ran with it. I mean, RAN with it. Miles and miles. I had people willing to vote out Beau before round 3. People that I'm "friends" with. I guess this got back to Queen Gloria that I was being a messenger and she was super pleased with me and even pet my head for being such a good lapdog!

I fully expect this vote to be 11-1.

I am SO nervous for this fucking vote. I knew a double boot round would screw the living shit out of me, and I have a feeling it did

I gave my all in the first two challenges and I honestly would have won this one but I thought strategically it was best to let Gloria take it so she wouldn't think I'm hardcore against her.

I'm a pretty instinctual person and something just... tells me Beau isn't leaving.

Pride always dethrones; I tried to stay humble. When you start to run the game and get comfortable, people somehow manage to flip the tables on you. I always wonder how on earth some people (like whoever played Cassie/Ryan) are able to CONSISTENTLY go far in games. To me, its a miracle. I don't get it. I understand that over the top characters are just NEVER going to go far because well... people get tired of that shit, but now I was completely within my limits. Blah. Honestly, if I get the boot, I'm going to retire from ORGs.
