It's day 29. Everyone's bodies have become much smaller. Everyone's bones are becoming much more visible, they stick out like sore thumbs. We've all lost so much, you know? But, we all still have so much left. We've all got drive, and we've all got brains. We're all like paranoid schizophrenics out here. We all think everyone's out to get us. We've all got a devil on our shoulder. You know, when you think about it, we're all villains. Which doesn't really have any relevance to this round. Last round's tribal council, you know, definitely shook me up. No one except for Mark himself was expecting that idol to be played. The votes were about to be read, he stood up, and I literally started shaking. Why was Mark playing an idol? My head was so wrapped around that... I was freaking out. I lost count of how many votes went to Mark. I thought there were more than 6, and that made me so scared. I thought everyone had outplayed me. I was getting blindsided. But just like that, one vote Chad. Another vote Chad. Another vote Chad. First member of the jury... Chad. So, obviously Mark had a lot to tell me. When everyone got back to camp y'know, settling in and saying things like, "Yeah, that's so crazy! Wow Mark, no one saw that coming! Great job." stuff like that, he pulled me off to the side and started telling me all this stuff. So first off, Mark and Liam are always the first ones up. It takes me awhile to wake up so sometimes I miss out on stuff, but while it was just those two awake apparently Liam started talking to Mark hardcore. Mark said that Liam said stuff like, "Hey Mark. I'll just get right to the point. I couldn't help but notice that Thiago chose you to eliminate first out of all of the fans in the immunity challenge. I can't help but wonder if that has anything to do with where you sit in his alliance. To me, there are risks for you staying and for you flipping. If you do get to the end with us though, you'll have a bunch of favorites angry at being betrayed by a fellow favorite, and a pretty solid argument that you outwitted everyone. I'm not going to BS you and say it's absolutely your best move. I will say it's something to consider though." So that sparked a sort of what the heck response. They tried to get Mark to flip, and it flew right over all of our heads. Alright, so then Mark kept talking. I'm just taking this all in at this point. Nodding and stuff. Mark says, "I thought what a perfect opportunity for me to infiltrate the faves and figure out who they're voting for, so i thought I'd play along, even though I was kind of irked that Thiago ousted me so early." Sure! That's fine! What next? "He basically promised me 5th place like I was an idiot or something and confirmed that he has at least 4 in his inner core." Okay... what next? He tells me that Liam said something like, "Alright, so is there anyone from the Fans you'd want to see go?" Mark's like, "Yeah, maybe someone from thee Farrago five?" And this concludes to Liam trying to push Mark towards voting for ME. Um, no! That's not happening! Then it went to this: "So I basically told him that Chad was planning on knocking off the Reliquum 3, then turning on the faves with his new group. I couldn't tell Liam that Bree had told me that, otherwise it wouldn't have made sense why I was "feeling vulnerable," so I made up this story about Chad accidentally hearing something that was meant for someone else, and as Karma would have it, I did the same thing. I accidentally told Ben something when I was meaning to tell Thiago. Which eventually led to this huge realization that the Favorites were going to try to vote me out. So I used the idol." Yeah, I got that whole story! But after we got back, Thiago asked me who I was wanting to vote next round. I thought he might be jumping the gun, but you know, as long as we're not executing anything, you can't go wrong with the timing. So I just threw out Carly or Taylor, because I want to separate the Fans and the Favorites to the point that if Knox or Zac wanted to flip, it wouldn't help them. Taylor is a major dud, so it'd be better to keep him around, so this round might go to Carly. I'm just going to try to focus on winning immunity, no matter how weak I'm feeling physically. I'm mentally as golden as always! I'm Starr!
